Befouler Ahnqat is one of three necromancers of the House of Constructs polluting the air above the uninstanced Necrotic Wake in Bastion during the Necrolords Campaign. She is located in the southwestern part of the area corresponding to the Final Toll in the instanced Necrotic Wake.
