The Belt of the Fallen Emperor drops from Emperor Vek'nilash in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj.
Notes[]
Prior to the release of Naxxramas, this belt was one of the two highest level plate belts in the game, at ilvl 81. It featured an excellent mix of stats for paladins, though many felt that it wasn't good enough at any one thing, instead catering to being decent at everything.
It was later updated to focus entirely on dps.
