  • When activated, this ability causes your Mangle (Bear) ability to hit up to 3 targets and have no cooldown, and reduces the energy cost of all your Cat Form abilities by 50%. Lasts 15 sec. You cannot use Tiger's Fury while Berserk is active.

    Clears the effect of Fear and makes you immune to Fear for the duration.

Tips and tactics[]

  • Use in Cat Form to deal burst damage. Can be used from stealth.
  • Berserk is not on the global cooldown.

Patch changes[]

  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned as a Ability druid catform [Cat Form]-only ability.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 48 Feral and Guardian specialization ability (was a tier 7 Feral Combat talent). No longer gives Ability druid lacerate [Lacerate] a chance to refresh the cooldown of Ability druid mangle2 [Mangle (Bear)] and make it cost no Rage. Duration of Ability racial bearform [Bear Form] effect reduced from 15 to 10 sec.
  • Cataclysm Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): No longer on the global cooldown.
  • Cataclysm Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Berserk now has a new Spell Alert identifier. In addition, Berserk no longer breaks Fear or makes the druid immune to Fear.
  • Cataclysm Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved from tier 11 to tier 7. Now also gives your Lacerate periodic damage has a 30% chance to refresh the cooldown of your Mangle (Bear) ability and make it cost no rage.
  • Wrath-Logo-Small Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): Now clears the cooldown on Mangle (Bear).
  • Wrath-Logo-Small Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
