Bezime was a Zandalari troll noble whose family was among those punished for their ties to the traitor Yazma, though the Zanchuli Council found the family cleared of any wrongdoing. When his daughter, Nav'rae, petitioned aid from the crown in being allowed to marry her love Khila, Bezime spoke in her defense and implored that if Talanji must punish his family, then only he should be punished. Talanji granted Nav'rae's petition to marry Khila, bringing great joy to Bezime for making his daughter so happy. For his loyalty to Talanji, he was captured by the Widow's Bite, where to his shock he recognized their leader Apari. He subsequently pleaded with Apari for his life by offering her gold and mentioning how his daughter was to marry soon. However, Apari was unmoved and sacrificed him, his last regret being unable to see his daughter marry. Apari then used his blood to fuel a magical storm around Zandalar coasts.

Talanji later had a nightmare about Shadra devouring Bezime, which Bwonsamdi deduced she experienced due to her guilt over not being able to keep her subjects safe.
