Big Roy is the alpha bull of the lion seals in Howling Fjord and hangs out at Garvan's Reef. He personally guides the sea lions in their mating rituals. Scuttle Frostprow sends adventurers to kill him so she can use his blubber as a soap
Quests[]
After you kill him for the Northsea Freebooters, a daily quest becomes available from Anuniaq in Kamagua. Unknowing that it was you who killed Big Roy, he tasks you to aid the lion seals in their mating rituals, as they won't mate without his guidance.
