Bilgewater Rocket-jockeys are goblins located at each of the five stations of the Rocketway in Azshara. To travel along the Rocketway, you must speak to one of these goblins and select which station you wish to go to. This service is only available to Horde characters.
The Bilgewater Rocket-jockeys have extremely low health, making them susceptible to being killed by Alliance players who may be exploring Azshara. As if to encourage such behavior, Blizzard added a neutral repair vendor at each stop. However, Alliance players cannot interact wit the Rocket-jockeys and therefore will be unable to actually ride the Rocketway or earn the associated achievement;
