Bill Buckler is a human master Pet Tamer located along the Wild Shore in The Cape of Stranglethorn. He is surrounded by his three level 11 Elite battle pets: Burgle, Eyegouger, and Young Beaky. He is Steven Lisbane's longtime friend.
Defeating him is required to complete the
