Bill Spearshaker is a dwarf located in the Library in Ironforge. He claims to be the author of the Steamy Romance Novel series, a claim also made by Francis Serbacon.
Aside from being an author, Bill is also the keeper of a special shelf of encoded books used in the secret communication between the Explorers' League and the SI:7. In order to get the title of a coded book from Bill, SI:7 agents need to quote the title from a Steamy Romance Novel. Mathias Shaw suspects that Bill does this both to sell more books and because he enjoys seeing the discomfort on Shaw's face, but the strange choice of code has nonetheless been successful.[1]
