Binding Heal is a level 40 Holy priest talent. It is a healing spell that heals the priest and two nearby friendly targets for a reasonable amount. It is a very fast and efficient spell to cast if both you and your nearby targets are in need of healing.

Tips and tactics[]

  • If three or more targets are injured, multi-target spells like Spell holy prayerofhealing02 [Prayer of Healing] or Spell holy circleofrenewal [Circle of Healing] may be more efficient, although much slower.
  • This spell is similar to a "triple Flash Heal". It costs about as much as a Flash Heal, but heals for less per target. When all three targets are in need of healing, Binding Heal therefore surpasses Flash Heal in terms of speed (HPS). However, when the priest does not require healing, Flash Heal is superior in almost every respect.
  • Every Holy passive that works with Flash Heal also works with Binding Heal. Despite affecting multiple targets Binding Heal is considered a direct heal, allowing it to work with the Priest icon chakra [Chakra: Serenity] state to refresh Spell holy renew [Renew] durations on both the priest and the target.[citation needed]
  • In general, Binding Heal's high HPS makes it a good choice when both you and two other targets need healing. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
    • If the situation is safe, it can be better to wait for further targets to be hit, thus allowing the use of (even more efficient) multi-target heals.
    • If one of you is critically low, it may be better to heal the critical target with faster single-target options, before following-up with Binding Heal.
