Binkie Brightgear is a master engineering trainer and a member of the Argent Crusade stationed at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown.
During Death Rising, Binkie could be seen defending the tournament grounds with a wrench in her hand. During the quest 
[50] Scouting from a Safe Distance, she could be found with her device, the Sight-O-Matic 3000, on a ridge overlooking Aldur'thar: The Desolation Gate. Finally, on days when the quest [50 Daily] Combat Nullifier 07-X was available, she could be found at Sindragosa's Fall, asking adventurers to test her newest invention of the same name against the local Scourge forces.
