Black is the New Black is a collections achievement rewarded for completing a tier 6 armor set for any class from Battle for Mount Hyjal and Black Temple. This counts towards the meta-achievement 
[Azeroth's Next Top Model].
Pieces dropping from Sunwell Plateau are not included in the achievement, and instead count toward 
[Suns Out, Thori'dals Out].
