Patches and hotfixes

• Hotfix (2016-08-01): Blackout Kick should not have a cooldown for Windwalker Monks at any level.
  
• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned. Replaced by [Blackout Strike] for Brewmaster.
  
• Patch 6.2.2 (2015-09-01): Now deals 10% more damage.
  
• Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23):
  • Now deals 5% less damage.
  • No longer increases the Stagger amount for Brewmaster monks.
    
• Hotfix (2014-10-17): Damage has been increased by 20%.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14):
  • Now requires [Stance of the Spirited Crane] for Mistweaver monks.
  • Serpent's Zeal removed and replaced with Crane's Zeal.

  The effect of [Combat Conditioning] has been incorporated into Blackout Kick via Stance of the Fierce Tiger.
  

• Hotfix (2013-10-29): Blackout Kick's damage-over-time component for the Windwalker specialization should no longer be incorrectly affected by Resilience a second time.
  
• Hotfix (2012-10-01): Missing with Blackout Kick after the Combo Breaker mastery activates will no longer grant two free Chi.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
