Blackrock Stronghold
Blackrock Stronghold[32.0, 34.5] is a massive stronghold controlled by the Blackrock clan of orcs. It is located in the northern region of the Burning Steppes, just outside Blackrock Spire. Members and allies of the Blackrock clan gather outside in the Fields of Honor, being kept in line by Blackrock Sergeants.
The stronghold's operations are overseen by General Thorg'izog, who disciplines and gives orders to the troops in the surrounding area.
During the Burning Steppes storyline the stronghold is infiltrated by a member of the Horde / Alliance, and most of the Blackrock Sergeants are killed in a mysterious deadly cudgeling incident.[1]
