Blacksand Spillway.
Blacksand Spillway (or Blacksand Oilfield)[1] is a small island just off the coast of Bilgewater Beach in the southwestern shoreline of Krasarang Wilds. It's from this spot that the oil is pumped through the pipes towards the Horde refinery.

This area can be captured by the Alliance or Horde and buffs players zone wide with a faster mount cast.
