Multiple can be found at several locations around Pandaria — the Jade Forest, the Valley of the Four Winds, and Kun-Lai Summit. They do nothing apart from watching their surroundings, though they occasionally interact with Blacktalon Watchers.
Battle for Azeroth[]
A single Blacktalon Agent can be found outside Blackwing Descent at Blackrock Mountain. Several of them also appeared in Durotar, overlooking the battle at the Gates of Orgrimmar.
During the rise of N'Zoth, they appeared in Uldum and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
