Blacktalon Watchers can be found throughout Pandaria, in the Valley of the Four Winds, the Veiled Stair, Kun-Lai Summit, Townlong Steppes, and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, doing various activities, such as (among others):
- Bringing messages to Blacktalon Agents while stealthed.
- Excavating at various locations, and often then proceeding to speak rather cryptically to one another.
- Moving around stealthed throughout the continent.
