This item was caught during the Kalu'ak Fishing Derby from any fishing pool that would normally contain 
[Pygmy Suckerfish]. The first person to turn this fish in to Elder Clearwater in Dalaran would win the event; subsequent sharks could still be turned in for consolation prizes.
