Blackwatch.
Blackwatch[35.4, 66.4] is a small quest hub overlooking the Fleshwerks in Icecrown. Darkrider Arly and Crusader Olakin Sainrith use it as a base of operations to shut down the Fleshwerks to deprive the Lich King of a large component of his armies. The player is sent here by Baron Sliver to assist them.
