Bladefist Rise.
Bladefist Rise is a small location accessible by a stairway at the far end of the Kargathar Proving Grounds. It contains Kargath Bladefist on his arena balcony, and his lodgings. He will not attack at this point, but will chase after the party when the Umbral Halls are reached. There is no reason to travel here during normal gameplay.
