Blessed Life is a talent in the Holy tree. This talent gives a chance for the Paladin to gain a charge of Holy Power after taking direct damage.
Patch changes[]
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): The charge of Holy Power is guaranteed. You also gain it when stunned, feared or immobilized, besides taking direct damage. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): The effects of this talent cannot occur more than once every 8 seconds, up from every 2 seconds. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. No longer gives attacks against the paladin to have a 4/7/10% chance to cause half damage. Now gives the paladin a 50/100% chance to grant a charge of Holy Power, with a cooldown of 2 seconds.
- Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Added.
