Bloated Saurolisks are dead saurolisks located around the Four Stingers and on the ridges around Whistlebloom Oasis in Vol'dun. Groups of Bilewing Creepers or Whistlebloom Drones can be seen flying around some of the corpses, suggesting that they are former Infested Saurolisks whose wasp eggs have hatched.
