Blood Bond is a conduit for blood death knights. It drops from High Adjudicator Aleez in the Halls of Atonement and the Eye of the Jailer in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
