The Blood Elf Bandit is a blood elf mob who can be found on Azuremyst Isle, hiding near roads so he can ambush travelers who pass by. He holds what appears to be a bounty ledger with an image depicting a blood elf standing triumphantly over a dead draenei.

He can spawn at a number of locations on the island, and will stay at a location until he is killed. Though only one bandit can be alive at a time, he often respawns in under a minute—sometimes even at the same location where he was killed. This mob is usually stealthed.

  • For Silvermoon! For Sunstrider!
  • Your death will make a fitting tribute to the King!

Tactics[]

  • Items and abilities that increase stealth detection, such as Ability stealth [Track Hidden] or Inv potion 36 [Catseye Elixir], can be handy in spotting him.
    • Since higher-level characters naturally have higher stealth detection against lower-level enemies, a max level character is able to see him with relative ease.
  • A macro with the command /target Blood Elf Bandit can be spammed near spawn points to attempt to target him when he spawns or gets close enough to be visible. It may also target his dead body, which can be useful in that it confirms where he last appeared.
  • Turning off the game's music can make it easier to hear the sound of him becoming visible when you pass near him.
