A magister tapping into a fel crystal in the Hall of Respite.
Blood Elf Magisters are magisters found in Silvermoon City. Several are seen siphoning the fel crystals around the city, others made residence beneath the Blood Knight headquarters were they were draining M'uru but then spent some time dazed after the theft of the naaru, still radiating residual holy energies.
Back when they were draining M'uru, they needed very important and fragile equipment that sometimes required Blood Knight assistance in replacing.[1]
Notes
- They appear to be invincible. Once they reach 1% health, or about 17 hit points, they stop losing health. Any form of damage has no effect, and no response if it fails, evades, or is absorbed.
