Blood Elf Scouts are blood elf mobs that can be found at Shadow Ridge on Azuremyst Isle. They're loyal to Kael'thas Sunstrider and, led by Surveyor Candress, have followed the draenei from Outland to Azeroth. Now they're gathering information about the area and spying on the group of draenei that crash landed in Ammen Vale.
