Blood Knights are blood elven paladins located inside the Windrunner's Sanctuary in Dalaran and in the Sanctum of Light. During 
[45] The Fourth Horseman, they defend the sanctum against the Knights of the Ebon Blade. They later appeared in Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore and aboard the Vindicaar on Argus.
