Blood Knight Argaron is a blood elf paladin trainer found in the Terrace of Light in Shattrath City. Only players of neutral or higher reputation with the Scryers can interact with him.
After the death of Vorath, Argaron was among the gathered paladins outside the Hall of Blood in Farstriders' Square in Silvermoon City to congratulate the sin'dorei hero for their victory in Deatholme.[1]

Given that he is a Blood Knight, Argaron should probably have arrived to Outland when the Dark Portal reopened, rather than with Kael'thas Sunstrider.
