The Blood Steward of Kirtonos is a succubus found in the Reliquary in the Classic version of Scholomance.

She was added in a patch as an additional source of [Blood of Innocents]. But to get to her, you need to clear nearly the entire Reliquary. It was optional to kill her as Jandice Barov and Doctor Theolen Krastinov also drop the Blood.

Abilities[]

Curse of Impotence — Decreases the Magical damage dealt by the target by 1 for 2 min.
Curse of Weakness — Reduces the Physical damage dealt by an enemy for 20 sec.
Paralyzing Poison — Stuns an enemy, rendering it unable to move or attack for 8 sec.

The subject of this section was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 5.0.4 but is present in Classic Era.

Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Level reduced from 61 to 43. No longer drops Blood of Innocents.
