Blood Watch is a Hand of Argus forward outpost^[1] and main draenei settlement on Bloodmyst Isle. It is in fact many big crystal pieces of the Exodar that have been converted into their base of operations on the island. The main building has an empty second floor that cannot be reached through normal means.
