Patch changes

• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2022-12-12): Now increases the damage of Heart Strike by 30% (was 60%).
  
• Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Redesigned back into a passive.

  Previous effect: Sacrifices 15% of your total health to increase the damage done by your Heart Strike by 60% for 12 sec.
  

• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 20 (was 57).
  
• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 28 honor talent). Cooldown removed (was 1.5 seconds).
  
• Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Moved to honor rank 28 (was 10), replacing [Blight]. Redesigned into an active ability.

  Previous effect: Heart Strike damage increased by 50%, but costs 10% of your total health.
