Blood of Zul'jin dropped from Zul'jin in the original 10-man Zul'Aman and started the quest  [70R] Blood of the Warlord, which rewarded 10 (and a bit of personal amusement). There was only one drop per kill.

Patch changes

• Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): No longer drops. Existing items now require level 85 and start the quest  [35D] Warlord of the Amani.
  
• Patch 2.3.2 (2008-01-08): Updated to epic quality.
