Hovering Bloodflies

Bloodflies are a type of flies found in Drustvar known to bite people. According to a story, they don't bite a witch because they wouldn't touch a foul blood.[1] They used to be all over the fields surrounding Waycrest Manor.[2] Other locations include Hawthorne's Plot and its coastal surroundings.
During the Fourth War, an Alliance emissary caught several of them[2] and released them on Lucille Waycrest in order to prove that she wasn't a witch.[3]

- When the Alliance emissary used
[Lucille's Sewing Needle] on Corlain Refugee, some of them thought that they got bit by bloodflies.[4] - When released on Lucille, their appearance is that of a small firefly.
