Bloodpetal Sprouts are fairly large bluish green plants that grow all over the surface of Un'Goro Crater. Any player may open a Bloodpetal Sprout and get its contents. Opening a bloodpetal will give one access to its sprout, a food that were apparently a favorite of Dadanga. The inside of a Bloodpetal Sprout resembles that of a bog beast's head (it reuses a graphic).
