Notes

Kel'Thuzad was the Lich King's majordomo; Arthas resurrected him in the Sunwell. Players can fight Kel'Thuzad in Naxxramas. The flavor text of Bloodsurge may be from Kel'Thuzad's travels to set up the Cult of the Damned, where he preached that undeath would destroy the world, and thus set it free. Bloodsurge, however, is never seen in World of Warcraft or any previous games.
