  • Dragonflight Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Damage increased by 6% in PvP combat.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Damage increased by 10%.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 1 Fury talent (was a level 10 Fury ability).

Its spell alert has moved to the top slot instead of the left and right slots, and now has 2 charges (down from 3 charges).
    • Bloodthirst now replaces Ability rogue ambush [Heroic Strike] for Fury Warriors.
    • Bloodthirst now has 30% additional Critical Strike chance (instead of double the normal Critical Strike chance).
  • Mists of Pandaria Hotfix (2013-09-23): Bloodthirst's damage has been increased by 20%.
  • Mists of Pandaria Hotfix (2012-09-20): Bloodthirst now does 90% weapon damage (down from 100%).
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now generates 10 Rage instead of consuming Rage and restores health on hit rather on next 3 attacks. Has double the normal chance to be a critical strike.
