Bloodthirsty Berserker is a player vs. player achievement earned for getting a killing blow while under effects of the berserker buff in Eye of the Storm.
Notes[]
As of 3.1.3 this achievement is currently bugged. You can also receive this achievement in Arathi Basin while under the Berserker buff.
