Bloodthirsty Ghouls are ghouls found in several locations across Azeroth.
The Argent Crusade has one shackled at their camp just east of Deathspeaker's Watch in Icecrown. Fizzix Blastbolt has developed a "Secret Weapon" that allows a person to control the creature, turning it into an Altered Ghoul.

Devour Flesh — Consumes the flesh of an enemy, inflicting Physical damage and restoring 5% health to the caster with an additional 1% health every 3 sec for 15 sec.
