Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed.
  
• Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): Now properly increases the damage displayed in the tooltips of [Blood Strike] and [Heart Strike].
  
• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): This talent now provides 5/10/15% increased damage to Blood Strike instead of 15/30/45%.
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Now increases [Blood Boil] damage instead of [Pestilence].
  
• Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Receives extra bonus damage from Pestilence.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
