Blythe is Conjurer Margoss' arcane elemental apprentice, found next to him at Margoss's Retreat northwest of Dalaran. He apparently doesn't share his master's passion for fishing.
Abilities[]
Lightning Shield — Surrounds the caster with 3 balls of lightning that have a 50% chance of striking melee or ranged attackers for Nature damage. Each time the lightning shield strikes, a ball of lightning dissipates. The shield expires after 10 min. or after it has struck 3 times.

As he speaks, is tagged as a humanoid instead of an elemental and has the title of an apprentice instead of a familiar, he is very likely a mortal and not an arcane elemental.
