Booming Voice (2 ranks) Fury, Tier 2 Reduces the cooldown of your Battle Shout and Commanding Shout by 15/30 sec and causes those abilities to generate 5/10 additional Rage.

Booming Voice reduces the cooldown and increase the Rage generation of your Battle Shout and Demoralizing Shout.

Notes

A fully amplified [Battle Shout] or [Commanding Shout] will have a cooldown of 30 seconds instead of 1 min, generate 30 Rage instead of 20. Without the talent, the shouts have a 1 minute cooldown and generate 20 rage (20 rage per minute). With the talent, the shouts have a 30 second cooldown and generate 30 rage (60 rage per minute). Combined with [Execute], [Heroic Strike] or [Cleave], this can be a DPS increase, and helps to ensure that a Warrior's rage bar never goes dry.

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Now reduces the cooldown of Battle and Commanding Shout by 15/30 seconds and generates an additional 5/10 rage.

  Old: Increases the area of effect and duration of your Battle Shout, Demoralizing Shout and Commanding Shout by 10/20/30/40/50%.
  

• Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Now also affects Commanding Shout.
  
• Patch 1.6.0 (2005-07-12): In addition to increasing duration, this talent will now increase the area of effect of Battle Shout and Demoralizing Shout by 10/20/30/40/50%.
