Boon of the Ascended is the priest class ability of the Kyrian Covenant. It's available to all priests who join the Kyrian.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Bastion portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest [51-60] The Archon's Answer and lasts until you finish the Bastion storyline.

It is one of ten different covenant abilities featured in the expansion, each thematically associated with one of the ten prime suspects in the expansion's central storyline—in Boon of the Ascended's case, Pelagos.
