Boots of Speed

Were you looking for the Boots of Speed item from Warcraft III?

Boots of Speed are a special battleground powerup that will grant you a 100% increase to run speed for 10 seconds. They are located in the entrance ramp tunnel of each base in Warsong Gulch, and have a random spawn timer between 2 and 3 minutes.
