Patch changes[]

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Borrowed Time has been merged into baseline [Power Word: Shield] for Discipline priests as a buff that increases the priest's stat gains to Haste from all sources by 40% for 6 seconds.
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): Now reduces the cast or channel time of the next Priest spell by 15% after casting Power Word: Shield (was 15% spell haste).
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now baseline for Discipline priests. Haste granted increased from 14% to 15%.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Moved to Tier 4, reduced to 2 points, no longer increases absorption, spell haste reduced to 7/14%.
Patch 3.0.3 (2008-11-04): Charge no longer consumed by spells with a base cast time that is instant.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
