Updated Dreamway Portal in Legion.
Bough Shadow [90.3, 40.1] is located in the northeastern corner of Ashenvale, just beyond Forest Song. This place contains one of the portals to the Emerald Dream. The great tree was planted by followers of Fandral Staghelm from one of Nordrassil's branches in order to stem the tide of saronite seeping up from the land.[1]
The portal is guarded by the green dragons Phantim and Dreamstalker, along with other dragonkin. The green dragonspawn patrol the area in groups of three, consisting of an Emeraldon Oracle accompanied by Emeraldon Boughguards and/or Emeraldon Tree Warders.
Legion[]
When the Emerald Dreamway falls to the Nightmare, Lumbering Mindgorgers begin pouring out of the portal, threatening the surrounding area. Heroes fighting the Dragons of Nightmare will come here to defeat these aberrations.

- Bough Shadow is the only Great Tree that Druids cannot use to access the Emerald Dreamway. There is, however, a seemingly active portal in the west end of the Dreamway that does not lead anywhere.
