Broken Waygate.
Two Broken Waygates found in the Dragon Isles. One is found in a cave at the Smoldering Perch in the Waking Shores. It can be repaired with 
[Neltharion's Toolkit]. Once repaired, the waygate will lead to a chamber in the Zskera Vaults in the Forbidden Reach. The chamber contains a Vault Weaver and a Vault Lurker, guarding the Obsidian Grand Cache. The other can be found in random rooms in the vaults. Similarly, it can be repaired, leading simply to the top floor of the vault.
