Brother Nimetz is a human quest giver located in the Rebel Camp in Northern Stranglethorn.

History[]

Like the other men in the camp, Nimetz was a member of Colonel Kurzen's expedition into Stranglethorn but rebelled and left after Kurzen and many of his followers descended into madness. He believed that Kurzen was once a great man and that troll magic was the cause of his downfall. Later, he discovered that Kurzen had been corrupted by the ogre mage Mai'Zoth, who used an artifact called the [Mind's Eye]. Nimetz vowed to slay the ogre to prevent others from suffering the Colonel's fate.

Nimetz is apparently something of an alchemist in his spare time. He wishes to know what is in the elixirs that the Kurzen Medicine Men are distributing in the compound under the guide of medicine to prevent insubordination. With help from adventurers, he discovers that basilisk blood and a strange [Whispering Blue Stone]. Nimetz does not recognize it so he sends it to Wulfred Harrys at Fort Livingston.
