Brother Xiao is a member of the Shado-Pan who resides at the Shado-Pan Monastery, and apparently an experienced weaponsmith. He was one of the five eldest monks that were chosen by Taran Zhu to share in Chen Stormstout's new concoction of brew. In preparation for the defense of Zouchin Village at Chen's request, Brother Xiao created a glaive from two curved swords for Vol'jin to use.[1]
