Brutal Projectiles is a conduit for marksmanship hunters. It drops from Devos in the Spires of Ascension and Fatescribe Roh-Kalo in the Sanctum of Domination.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
