Bryan Finn is a human located at the entrance of Admiral Taylor's Garrison in western part of the Spires of Arak. He is married to Alice Finn.

When Taylor's group arrived to the location, Bryan assured the admiral that this was the perfect spot for the garrison.^[1] Like all the residents, he died but was unable to find rest. He was one of Jasper Fel's best friends. After returning his blueprints he regained his sanity and asked about his wife.
