Buin "Phloppy" Freehand is a dwarf located at Misty Pine Refuge in Dun Morogh. He is helping the refugees along with Father Gavin. Buin travels from the house to a cart full of sacks filled with food and back again. According to Lowan Featherbreeze, Buin sold his armor and weapons in order to buy food for refugees.

- It is said that he is named after a big-time PVPer on Maelstrom(US) that passed away. Phloppy was a level 60 dwarf warrior.
